  • Request for a refund is made within 14 days of your enrollment date.
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exclusions

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 14-day period.
  • If more than 20% of course materials have been accessed.
  • Fees for materials or services provided outside of the online coursework, such as textbooks or one-on-one coaching.
